Processing time is between 3-5 business days for ready to ship, bundles, lace, and hair accessories. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is extended to 15 business days for pre-order items/unit construction/custom unit services.
For customers shipping bundles in for unit construction, processing begins once the hair is received. Once the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created and you will receive an Order Fulfillment email.
During sales/promotions, processing time is extended to 7 business days for ready-to-ship units, bundles, lace, and accessories. During sales/promotions, custom unit services processing times will be extended to 25 business days.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. See our Order processing and Shipping policy for more details
No, Supre Hair Co. will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointment and services.
Once an order is placed, discount codes may not applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted.
Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carrier's website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please email us at info@suprehairco.com
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Supre Hair Co., it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information.
This can happen if:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled by the customer
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder. We also do not guarantee that your item will be the same price as your original order.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Supre Hair Co. does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. This applies to any extensions that are sent in for unit construction services. Please be sure to use the correct address in the email confirmation sent.

We currently provide raw hair extensions from India and South East Asia. In order of thickness it would be Indian, then South East Asia with the thickest strands. Indian extensions tend to have the highest luster while South East Asian extensions have a more natural sheen.
All of our extensions are cuticle-aligned with only our SEA Curly being steam processed.
The number of bundles you need depends on the hair texture and the lengths.
For SEA Deep Wavy & Kinky Curly
12 inches: 2 or more bundles required
14 inches: 2 or more bundles required
18-22 inches: 3 or more bundles required
24-28 inches: 4 bundles of more bundles required
For Raw Indian Wavy & Curly
12-14 inches: 2 or more bundles required
16-18 inches: 3 or more bundles required

For SEA Straight

A closure covers the top front part of your head. It is designed to cover the section of your head where your part will be. The bigger the closure, the more part coverage you have. We exclusively carry 5” by 5” closures. All of our lace products are made with either HD or swiss lace.
A lace frontal covers the entire front perimeter of your head from ear to ear. Frontals have a dimension of either 13 inches by 4 inches or 13 inches by 6 inches. The versatility of frontals are endless because you are able to part it in any direction.
We highly recommend closures for our beginners.
No, we do not.
HD Lace (High Definition lace) is the thinnest lace you will find on the market. As a result, HD lace will offer you the most undetactable applicaton with minimal customization needed. HD lace can be used by all skin tones. One thing to note is that HD lace is extremely delicate and will rip easily if not handled with care.
Supre Hair Co. also offers a high quality swiss lace that is light brown in color. This lace is not as thin as HD lace but is much more durable. To wear, transparent lace will need to be tinted using a lace tint or make up powder to match your skin tone. One of the major benefits of transparent lace is its ability to be tinted to match any skin color.

Absolutely, every bundle we carry is authentic natural hair that will react just like your natural growing hair. Yes, all of our wavy and curly textures will always revert back to its natural state when washed.
Your Supre Hair can also be colored. We do recommend the assistance of a professional colorist when coloring raw hair.
Tip: Use a higher volume developer in shorter increments when coloring raw hair.
